The Taj Ayurvedic Centre - Calicut (Kozhikode)
The centre is located on the premises of the Taj Residency, Calicut. It is around 200 km from Cochin International Airport and a mere 26-km from Calicut Airport. Taj Ayurveda Centre offers many kinds of rejuvenation programs. Geared toward preventing diseases, maintaining and improving one's health. Besides, of course, providing treatments for specific ailments such as rheumatoid arthritis, spondilitis, migraine and paralysis. 

The centrally air-conditioned centre is fully equipped with qualified doctors, trained therapists and yoga instructors. The facilities also include 3 treatment rooms (with self-contained bathrooms and steam rooms), a yoga room and a meditation centre. 

The 07 Day : Program
It is geared towards revitalizing an individual. Daily sessions of oil therapy, the internal medicines, as well as the prescribed yoga postures are part of this program. 

The 14 Day : Program

It is a more intensive course wherein the oil therapy pervades beyond the 7 layers of the skin, right down to the bone marrow which results in alleviation of joint pain, spondylitis and insomnia 

The 21 Day : program
It is an even more encompassing program where in the oils begin to penetrate right into the body to benefit the internal organs and operate as a detoxification process. The first week is the observation period, the second week is more intensive when the actual treatment begins and the third week is for post-treatment when you are actually weaned off the intense treatment. This is also extendable to 28 days or 35 days.
