Sunderbans - Indian Rhino Tour

Day 1 : Delhi
Arrival at Delhi. Meeting & Greeting at airport. Transfer to the hotel. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 2 : Delhi
Morning sightseeing tour of New Delhi visiting India Gate, driving past President House, and visit the Qutab Minar & Humayun's tomb. Afternoon sightseeing tour of the Old Delhi, visiting Red Fort, Jama Masjid, Raj Ghat etc. Overnight in the hotel.

Day 3 : Delhi - Guwahati - Kaziranga National Park
After breakfast transfer to Airport to connect flight to Guwahati by S 2111. dep 10:00 hrs. arr. Guwahati at 12:15 hrs. On arrival at Guwahati drive to Kaziranga National Park (approx 217 kms. 4 ½ hrs.). On arrival transfer to hotel. Dinner & overnight at the hotel.

Day 4 : Kaziranga National Park
Wildlife viewing and nature walks in the park. Pay a visit to the tribal village later that afternoon and witnessing the see silk worm rearing. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

Day 5 : Kaziranga National Park
Early morning visit to the Kaziranga National Park on an elephant. Afternoon visit the tea garden and tea factory. Enjoy dinner at a tea garden bungalow. Overnight spent at hotel.

Day 6 : Kaziranga -Guwahati - Bagdogra - Kalimpong
Drive to Guwahati to connect flight to Bagdogra at noon. Arrive Bagdogra and drive to Kalimpong (approx 79 Kms. 2 hrs. drive). Dinner and overnight at a hotel.

Day 7 : Kalimpong
Morning visit Dr.Graham's Homes School and the Tong Dog Palri Fo-Brang Monastery. Also visit Seri Culture Institute on Silk Production. Afternoon take an Orchid Tour to neighbouring areas by Jeeps and partially by trek. Overnight stay at Hotel.

Day 8 : Kalimpong - Siliguri - Kolkatta
Enjoy the thrill of early morning rafting on river Teesta and then drive down towards Siliguri. Evening transfer to Siliguri Railway Station to connect train # 3150 Kanchan Kanya Express dep. 19:25 hrs. Overnight on board.

Day 09 : Kolkatta
Arrive Sealdah Railway Station (local station in Kolkatta) at 08:15 hrs. Later visit Victoria Memorial built of White Marble. It was opened by Prince of Wales in 1924 and has a statue of Queen Victoria along with other innumerous exhibits. Visit Indian Museum and drive past Dalhousie Square, St. Paul's Cathedral, National Library, Shaheed Minar and city center. Overnight at hotel.

Day 10 : Kolkatta - Sunderbans National Park
Departure from Kokatta to Basanti Port (3 ½ hr.) for Sundarbans. At the Sundarbans, enjoy a cruise to Sajnekhali by a dedicated motorised launch (2 ½ hr.). Overnight in the launch. Dinner & night stay on the boat.

Day 11 : Sunderbans National Park
Have a full day cruise through mangrove creeks for wildlife viewing & bird watching at the Sundarbans. Enjoy lunch on the boat. Anchor at Sajnekhali by sunset. You can also opt for watching the Slide show on wildlife at the Mangrove Interpretation Centre in the evening with tea & snacks. Dinner & night stay on the boat.

Day 12 : Sunderbans National Park - Kolkatta
Pay a morning visit in a cycle rickshaw to Rangabeloa Tagore Society to see the rural development project. Return back to Basanti Port by the afternoon. Transfer to Kolkatta by car. Overnight in a hotel.

Day 13 : Kolkatta - Delhi / Onward Destination
Catch the flight from Kolkatta-Delhi in the morning. Spend a day at leisure in Delhi. Transfer to
